Quilt Binding Class, Tues, Dec 17th 6-8:30 pm
There are many techniques you can you to make and attach your binding. This class will focus on making straight (not bias) cut binding strips 2.5 inches wide, attaching to the front of your quilt top with the machine and how to fold the corners to make an amazing mitered corners. The final step is then folding and stitching the binding to the back by hand. (Oh the horror!) But I find that many people actually enjoy this part of the process and it makes for such a nice finish.
